Hello. We’re glad you’re here.
In different languages, a ‘hello’ can be an offer of peace, balance, goodness and a sense of well-being. ‘Hello’ is an acknowledgement of an encounter, the start of an interaction, and what can become the beginning of a new relational journey.
We at Hello Therapy recognize the power of saying hello to the journey of healing.
We welcome you, and invite you to start the conversation.
Who we are
Life is full of transitions and challenges, expected and unexpected, and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, stressed or weighed down. We are not meant to navigate these times alone, and therapy can be a safe space to begin to heal, grow and envision a new way of being, relating, and flourishing.
Hello Therapy is a mental health group that offers integrative therapy to help individuals, couples, families and organizations heal and thrive. We are a team of intercultural therapists, transition navigators, process experts and pace-setters in life and relationships. In collaboration with local healthcare providers, organizations and community partnerships, we offer coordinated care to our clients in California, and in countries outside of the United States.*
It is our privilege and joy to partner you on your path to wellness.
At Hello Therapy, we engage in life with curiosity, wisdom and humility.

NOTICE OF GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
